This notice describes what the Debating Society of Pakistan's registration platform collects, who sees it, and how long it is kept. It is a plain-language summary — the constitution and the society's internal data-handling procedures are the source of record.

What is collected

Campus agents

Name, email and phone number for each coach or manager who acts for a campus.

Head-of-school contact

The official school contact used to confirm who may act for a campus.

Proof of Payment

Payment receipt images submitted against a tournament or membership fee.

Phase II student details

Collected only for students actually entered in a tournament. Visible only to the Executive Committee and the owning campus's own agents — never published, and students are never given accounts on the platform.

Sign-in codes

One-time codes sent by email to a verified address, used once and expired.

Who sees it

A campus's own agents see their own campus's records. The Executive Committee sees what running the season requires. Nobody else has access.

Retention

Records are kept for the season and the usual record-keeping period after it.
